Job Responsibility
Support various business areas with day-to-day initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution
Collaboration with teams across the bank to align and integrate operational processes
Identification of areas for improvement and providing recommendations in operational processes
Development and implementation of operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency
Development of reports and presentations on operational performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders
Identification of industry trends and developments to implement best practice in banking operations
Participation in projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
Drive internal governance discipline to ensure preventive checks on colleague adherence to policies and controls requirements across functions
Own the design, production, and enhancement of MI to deliver clear, actionable insights for leadership decision-making
Escalate issues and track remediation to closure with defined accountability
Support governance forums through structured reporting, insightful analytics, and effective stakeholder engagement
Drive continuous improvement by refining reporting processes, strengthening data quality, and aligning MI to business priorities
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with experience in generating MI reports
Resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and will be guided by precedents
Strong expertise in Reporting, Data Crunching, Data Visualization
