Job Responsibility

  • Support various business areas with day-to-day initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution
  • Collaboration with teams across the bank to align and integrate operational processes
  • Identification of areas for improvement and providing recommendations in operational processes
  • Development and implementation of operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency
  • Development of reports and presentations on operational performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders
  • Identification of industry trends and developments to implement best practice in banking operations
  • Participation in projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

  • Drive internal governance discipline to ensure preventive checks on colleague adherence to policies and controls requirements across functions
  • Own the design, production, and enhancement of MI to deliver clear, actionable insights for leadership decision-making
  • Escalate issues and track remediation to closure with defined accountability
  • Support governance forums through structured reporting, insightful analytics, and effective stakeholder engagement
  • Drive continuous improvement by refining reporting processes, strengthening data quality, and aligning MI to business priorities
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with experience in generating MI reports
  • Resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and will be guided by precedents
  • Strong expertise in Reporting, Data Crunching, Data Visualization
