Job Description:

The position is based in Hyderabad, India, and involves managing an existing portfolio, achieving revenue targets, and acquiring new clients in Corporate Banking. Responsibilities include driving business development, ensuring credit quality, and cross-selling products across banking solutions. The candidate will collaborate with product teams to enhance the bank's services and visibility in the market.

Job Responsibility:

Manage the existing portfolio and achieve revenue targets
target new to bank customers
develop and manage relationships with large corporates and mid-market enterprises
drive acquisition of new clients
contribute to the execution of strategy to differentiate HSBC from competitors
ensure growth in the portfolio through cross-sell of diverse products like PCM, HTV, FTG, TRY, and investment banking
analyze financial statements, cash flows, trade and working capital cycles
ensure credit quality of existing and newly acquired relationships meets acceptable bank parameters.

Requirements:

5-12 months in the current role
5-7 years in a similar role
mandatory to successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required
strong credit skills to ensure quality of the credit is maintained across existing portfolio and new acquisitions
ability to analyze financial statements, cash flows, industries, trade and working capital cycles
well-versed with banks policies, guidelines on credit-related issues.
