Corporate Banking Analyst

• Work on Corporate Banking work streams across the Healthcare sector
• support Credit underwriting, debt raise, and refinance transactions
• assist with the Credit review process including preparation of credit memos, annual review components, financial analysis/modeling, and borrower credit ratings
• assist with Relationship Management workstreams including client origination materials, capital structure analysis, and peer benchmarking
• develop sector expertise and insights
• prepare market or sector updates
• interact with stakeholders

6+ months of Securities Investment research, financial services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through similar work experience, training, military experience, or education

• Corporate Banking experience
• experience in Credit research or Debt advisory
• familiarity with Credit metrics, Covenants, Capital structure, Financial statement and ratio analysis
• strong communication and interpersonal skills
• proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (PowerPoint and Excel)
• strong time management skills
• attention to detail
• ability to interact with professionalism
