Corporate Banking Analyst

• Ensure efficient and smooth functioning of the banking operational and commercial activities for the designed clients portfolio
• Work with cross-functional teams during origination, due-diligence, capital/credit approval and deal execution stages (involving product, capital, credit, legal and operations teams)
• Work in partnership with other teams to deliver the services and products of the bank in a fair and transparent manner, including participating in internal and external client calls and meetings
• Maintain close contact with the international network to ensure prompt and appropriate responses to client queries, manage bank’s global exposure and capture additional business opportunities
• Develop and maintain financial models to support new business origination and review existing assets
• Ensure that the business meets its internal and external regulatory requirements, including Know Your Client and Compliance
• Assist with the preparation of client credit reviews, including: Financial modeling
• Financial analysis
• Industry and competitor analyses
• Identifying key financial and other risks

• Strong academic background
• Fluency and strong business and commercial knowledge of Italian and English languages
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Proactive attitude, eager to take on responsibilities and able to work well in an international high performance team
• Strong writing and research skills
• Stress resilient and able to shift quickly between different responsibilities
• MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
