Our client from banking sector is seeking an experienced banker in Warsaw.

Job Responsibility:

  • carry out marketing and drive business growth in Poland and other CEE region
  • target and identify business opportunities, and accomplish the personal Key Performance Indicator
  • establish and maintain relationships with the designated existing clients of the bank
  • independently elaborate the marketing materials such as teaser, Term sheet, call report etc., conduct credit and KYC due diligence together with product and analytical team, negotiations in certain of credit conditions with clients, perform duration management for the assigned portfolio
  • handle and manage business transactions, including elaboration of credit due diligence, conduct financial modelling to support risk assessment and decision-making, documentation negotiation and other internal processes, coordination with Risk, Legal Department, KYC, Product and analytical team within the Bank
  • other tasks assigned by the Departmental Head

Requirements:

  • university graduate or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field in Economics
  • fluent in Business English and Polish
  • more than 4 years experience in corporate banking sector
  • familiarity with financial market knowledge like European syndicated loans market and with Financial Crime Compliance Policy and good credit risk understanding
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • strong communication skills and teamwork spirit
  • proven successful business track record

Nice to have:

knowledge of Mandarin would be an additional asset
