Job Responsibility

Work collaboratively within an experienced corporate practice group
Collaborate with other attorneys across other practice groups within the firm, as well as clients and third-party advisors
Assist with general corporate matters, such as entity formation, corporate governance, and commercial agreements
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and transactional agreements
Conduct due diligence and identify and assess legal risks associated with corporate transactions
Advise clients on legal and regulatory compliance issues, including securities laws, antitrust laws, and other regulatory matters
