Job Description:

We have been retained by an impressive, well-established, full-service, mid-sized law firm in midtown Manhattan (can work from home two days per week) seeking to hire a partner-level (non-equity to equity) corporate attorney (about 10 to 25 years of experience) with significant cross-border transactional experience. The firm seeks candidates with a portable book business of at least $300,000 - $400,000 or more; a strong finance background is preferred. The firm has a vibrant corporate practice, offers a good work/life balance (around 1700-2000 hours annually), a friendly environment with very low attrition, and an impressive set of attorneys (including from elite BigLaw backgrounds). The firm also offers good healthcare and other benefits. We have placed two attorneys with the firm.

Requirements:

Partner-level (non-equity to equity) corporate attorney
10 to 25 years of experience
Significant cross-border transactional experience
Portable book business of at least $300,000 - $400,000 or more
Strong finance background is preferred
