Job Description:

A leading West End firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Associate with a focus on M&A and Private Equity. The firm offers an entrepreneurial environment and opportunities for rapid progression towards partnership.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and manage M&A and Private Equity transactions from inception to completion
develop and maintain strong client relationships across various sectors
work closely with senior partners to grow and strengthen the firm’s corporate offerings
contribute to business development efforts and the firm’s ongoing growth
collaborate with a high-performing team and be involved in the strategic direction of corporate transactions.

Requirements:

5-10 years PQE in M&A, Private Equity, or broader corporate law
strong commercial acumen, business development skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset
proven ability to manage a demanding caseload and client relationships
a team player with excellent communication and drafting skills
looking for a role that offers more autonomy and quicker progression to partnership.
