Corporate Associate

• Lead and manage M&A and Private Equity transactions from inception to completion
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships across various sectors
• Work closely with senior partners to grow and strengthen the firm’s corporate offerings
• Contribute to business development efforts and the firm’s ongoing growth
• Collaborate with a high-performing team and be involved in the strategic direction of corporate transactions

• 5-10 years PQE in M&A, Private Equity, or broader corporate law
• Strong commercial acumen, business development skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Proven ability to manage a demanding caseload and client relationships
• A team player with excellent communication and drafting skills
• Looking for a role that offers more autonomy and quicker progression to partnership
