This International Law Firm has a reputation for client excellence and high performance while maintaining a fantastic culture and strong work/life balance for its Associates. Due to growth and existing client needs, the firm is currently seeking a 3-6 year PQE Corporate Associate to join their team. This role supports experienced Corporate Partners and will see you work on a range of matters mainly private & public M&A and advisory work including capital raisings, corporate governance, managed investments and private equity. This is an excellent career opportunity for an associate looking to develop their career further or unblock their career path. This firm actively uphold a work/life balance and encourage people to balance their lives outside the office.
