Job Description:

McCarter & English, LLP is seeking a Delaware-barred corporate associate for our office located in Wilmington, DE or Philadelphia, PA.

Requirements:

4 – 8 years of experience at a law firm in corporate and/or alternative entity practice
Experience with Delaware LLCs, LPs and other alternative entities
DE Bar Admission required
Strong academic record required
