I’m working on a standout opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor with 3–8 PQE, ideally someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys high-quality, cross-border work (around 1/3 of the M&A workload has an international angle) for one of our Legal 500 clients based in Buckinghamshire.

Job Responsibility:

running your own matters
supporting a senior partner on key deals
contributing to firm growth

Requirements:

Corporate Solicitor with 3–8 PQE

strong general corporate experience
excellent client-handling skills
