A well-established, sophisticated law firm in the Chicago suburbs is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney to join its collaborative transactional practice. This role is ideal for an attorney seeking to build a long-term career in franchise and corporate law within a supportive, growth-oriented environment. The position offers meaningful autonomy, including responsibility for an existing client base, while working closely with experienced attorneys on complex and engaging matters. The practice is strictly transactional and regulatory – no litigation.

Requirements

  • Licensed and in good standing with the Illinois Bar
  • 2+ years of experience in transactional business or corporate law

  • Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills
  • Consistent focus on high-quality work and client service
