Job Description

Our client, a leading law firm in Colorado that represents Homeowners Association is seeking a 5 plus years corporate real estate attorney to support the transactional business. The Attorney will manage transactional HOA cases including all types but often related to breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, FHAA complaints, covenant enforcement, judicial foreclosures, and other real estate matters.

Job Responsibility

Management of district (some county and administrative) court cases through all phases including evaluation, intake, transactions, and corporate/real estate matters

Requirements

  • Active license to practice law in good standing
  • At least 5 years of experience handling corporate and real estate legal matters
  • Demonstrated background working with commercial, corporate, or community association real estate transactions and disputes
  • Strong drafting skills with experience preparing briefs, contracts, and other substantive legal documents
  • Knowledge of corporate governance principles and their application in client counseling
  • Ability to manage multiple matters independently while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and sound judgment
  • Experience using attorney billing or legal case management software
  • Familiarity with homeowners association law and related enforcement matters is strongly preferred
