Job Description

The Corporate Analyst serves as a cross-functional problem solver and business partner, providing analytical, systems, and process support to corporate departments including HR, Payroll, IT, Marketing, Accounting, and other corporate departments. This role partners closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions, improve and implement processes, and administer key corporate systems that enable efficient operations and informed decision-making.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide analytical and operational support to corporate departments by identifying business needs, analyzing data, and recommending practical, scalable solutions
  • Administer and support corporate software solutions, including HRIS, payroll, IT ticketing, and other internal systems
  • Design, document, implement, and continuously improve business processes and workflows
  • Translate business problems into clear requirements, actionable insights, and implemented solutions
  • Create dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analyses using Microsoft 365 tools
  • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Excel-based tools, including writing and debugging VBA macros to support business processes, improve efficiency, and troubleshoot issues in existing models
  • Support the rollout of new tools and processes, including contributing to training, documentation, and adoption efforts
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, standardization, and scalability

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics or a related field
  • 4–7 years of experience in an analytical, operations, systems, or business support role
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, SharePoint, Power BI or similar), including advanced Excel capabilities such as complex formulas and macros
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working collaboratively across various teams or independently
  • You must be legally authorized to work in the United States for our company without the need for current or future visa sponsorship
