  • Development of content, key narratives and comms material such us press releases, newsletters, videos, social media posts, working alongside the External & Internal Communications Manager
  • Content Calendar for Internal & External Communications & Digital Assets, Community Management & Website & Refresh Management
  • Social Impact Campaign development – Water & Sustainability Comms
  • Review, analyze and provide recommendations to enhance the company’s ESG performance and approach in achieving its sustainability/ ESG & Community goals
  • Support the functional performance management and resources
  • Staying abreast of relevant research and trends in the areas of corporate affairs & sustainability and promoting best practices

Requirements:

  • I have strong communication, interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity & influencing skills

  • I have robust business and financial acumen
  • I have project management skills and experience
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar role, preferably with an international company
  • University Degree, preferably in Business, Communication or any other related discipline
  • Post-graduate Degree in a related discipline or an MBA (desirable)
  • Excellent command of the English Language
  • Strong expertise in managing relationships, networks, and teams that include diverse groups of the public and private sectors, community-based organizations, nonprofits, and civic leaders as well as program beneficiaries
  • Strong writing and editorial skills, verbal and written communications, experience with Social Media strategy and metrics
