Job Responsibility:
Supporting day-to-day communications activity, working closely with PR and Public Affairs agencies to respond to media enquiries and proactively raise Admiral Group's profile
Helping manage and evolve the Group website, liaising with external agencies to ensure it remains engaging and up to date
Drafting high quality content, including press releases, social media posts, and internal communications
Preparing briefings for senior spokespeople ahead of media and parliamentary engagements
Building and developing relationships with journalists and parliamentarians
Collaborating with colleagues across our international markets (Canada, France, India, Italy, Spain, and the UK) to ensure aligned messaging
Providing general team support and administrative assistance as required
Requirements:
A genuine interest in media, social media, and/or politics
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for storytelling
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without compromising quality
Confidence working in an international, collaborative environment
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
Nice to have:
Experience engaging with media or parliamentarians
Fluency in English is required
additional European languages are a plus
Experience in the financial services sector
Experience working for a company that serves consumers directly
