The team also delivers corporate advisory services such as strategic reviews, capital structure advisory, and defence mandates across the sector.
Job Responsibility
Support the execution of a wide range of transactions, strategic advisory mandates, and pitches
Build and maintain financial models for power, utilities, and infrastructure assets
Support transactions by coordinating due diligence workstreams, managing data rooms and assisting with ad hoc client requests
Conduct detailed industry and company research
analyse data and market trends to inform pitches and deal execution
Work with the team to prepare high quality client materials
Collaborate with various internal teams including other local and global coverage teams, ECM, DCM, and Corporate Banking
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made and demonstrate consideration for the firm's reputation
Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhere to policies, and apply sound ethical judgment
Requirements
Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or similar
2-5 years of experience in corporate finance, infrastructure advisory, project finance or a related field
Experience financial modelling within the sector
Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment
Proactive and takes initiative, works effectively in a team
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
