We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Corporate Administrator to join our team. The role involves the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of international corporate and trust structures. The successful candidate will support the incorporation, maintenance and governance of corporate structures for international clients, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal procedures.
Job Responsibility:
Administer a portfolio of companies, trusts and related structures across offshore jurisdictions (including BVI and Cayman)
Coordinate the incorporation and formation of entities, including preparation and filing of constitutional documents
Maintain statutory records, registers and corporate files in accordance with regulatory requirements
Prepare board resolutions, minutes, written resolutions and other corporate documentation
Liaise with clients, intermediaries and internal teams regarding corporate matters
Assist with regulatory filings, annual renewals and ongoing compliance obligations
Support client onboarding processes, including KYC/CDD documentation collection and review
Coordinate with compliance teams to ensure adherence to AML/CFT requirements
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely execution of corporate actions
Assist with ad-hoc corporate transactions, including share transfers, director changes and restructuring exercises
Requirements:
Degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field
2–5 years of experience in a corporate services provider, law firm or fiduciary business
Experience with offshore jurisdictions (BVI, Cayman, or similar) is highly desirable
Strong understanding of corporate structures and governance
Familiarity with AML/KYC requirements and regulatory frameworks
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills, ability to communicate with client professionally and a client-oriented mindset
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proactive and solution-oriented approach
Strong administrative and organisational capabilities
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory
Nice to have:
Experience with offshore jurisdictions (BVI, Cayman, or similar) is highly desirable
