We’re looking for a highly organised and professional Corporate Administrator to provide high-quality administrative and reception support within a busy corporate environment. This is a key role supporting senior teams, internal departments and external stakeholders, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of corporate services.
Job Responsibility:
Acting as the first point of contact at reception, delivering a welcoming and professional experience
Providing comprehensive administrative support across corporate functions
Managing diaries, meetings, room bookings and events
Handling correspondence, emails and confidential information with discretion
Coordinating meetings, conferences and high-profile events end-to-end
Liaising with internal teams, partners and the public using tact and diplomacy
Maintaining accurate electronic and paper filing systems
Supporting facilities, estates, travel and accommodation arrangements
Ensuring deadlines are met and organisational procedures are followed
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative and reception role
Strong organisational and communication skills
Experience working with confidential and sensitive information
Confidence communicating with stakeholders at all levels
Experience supporting meetings, projects or events
Good working knowledge of administrative and office systems
HNC, part-degree, or equivalent relevant experience
