Job Description:

We’re looking for a highly organised and professional Corporate Administrator to provide high-quality administrative and reception support within a busy corporate environment. This is a key role supporting senior teams, internal departments and external stakeholders, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of corporate services.

Job Responsibility:

  • Acting as the first point of contact at reception, delivering a welcoming and professional experience
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support across corporate functions
  • Managing diaries, meetings, room bookings and events
  • Handling correspondence, emails and confidential information with discretion
  • Coordinating meetings, conferences and high-profile events end-to-end
  • Liaising with internal teams, partners and the public using tact and diplomacy
  • Maintaining accurate electronic and paper filing systems
  • Supporting facilities, estates, travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Ensuring deadlines are met and organisational procedures are followed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative and reception role
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Experience working with confidential and sensitive information
  • Confidence communicating with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience supporting meetings, projects or events
  • Good working knowledge of administrative and office systems
  • HNC, part-degree, or equivalent relevant experience
