Job Responsibility:
Serve as the main point of contact for Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) and internal teams on all fund lifecycle matters (incorporations, bank openings, and regulatory filings)
Oversee the board and shareholder meeting process, validate board packs, and review corporate minutes for accuracy and consistency
Manage the flow of executed legal documents, ensuring proper naming, storage, and coordination of notarizations/apostilles
Supervise the delivery of documents for quarterly reports, annual audits, tax returns (VAT/FATCA/CRS), and distribution processes
Handle daily operational queries and maintain oversight of statutory files and corporate records
Requirements:
3+ years in a TPA, professional services firm, or an AIFM
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Strong understanding of AIFMD and detailed knowledge of fund/corporate administration
Highly proactive with a strong ownership mindset, able to work independently in a demanding, fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
Accounting knowledge is a plus
