Job Description

The Corporate Actions Analyst is responsible for the daily processing associated with Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Actions. The successful candidate will assist with co-ordinating the flow of required information between various stakeholders, including the Front Office, Portfolio Managers, Fund Accounting, Treasurer’s Offices and Custodian banks.

Job Responsibility

  • Responsibility for high quality Soliciting of Voluntary corporate actions
  • Managing the communication of complex corporate actions to internal stakeholders
  • Interacting with many groups within the Fidelity organization and effectively representing the business to customers and business partners
  • Escalating issues appropriately
  • Demonstrating a strong team-work ethic
  • Develop the knowledge required to grasp product and processing rules while working under the direction of more experienced colleagues
  • Explore and communicate new ways of improving existing processes
  • Respond to research inquiries received from internal stakeholders and external vendors

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of relevant Financial Services experience
  • Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Actions processing experience preferable
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
