We are currently seeking a Corporate Action SME to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN). Corporate Action SME Experience : 10+ years. Responsible to finalize scope, identifying gaps, defining client requirements as well as assisting the client in definition of their test suites & acceptance criteria. Hands on experience as a business analyst into Elicit requirements, identify solutions & deliver well defined functional specification documents. Hands on experience with Corporate actions as per ISO standards and execution capabilities of various corporate actions. Prior experience in Capital Markets, Trade life cycle, Corporate Actions preferred. Understanding on third party market collaborators like Bloomberg, Reuters, IDC etc. Hands on experience SWIFT messaging system on corporate actions. Working experience with data integrations, API's will added advantage.
