Job Description:

The Corporate Accounting Manager is responsible for administering the company’s accounting operations and ensuring compliance with financial regulations, the position requires strong technical accounting skills, and the ability to work closely with senior leadership and various stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

Assist Controller with day-to-day accounting activities, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed asset management
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Develop and support internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure the integrity of financial data
Collaborate with Controller to ensure audit readiness through accurate documentation and resolving discrepancies
Assist Controller with the oversight, preparation and filing of all federal, state, and local tax returns
Work closely with the Controller and CFO to support the budgeting and forecasting processes
Offer insight into the maintenance and improvement of accounting systems
Collaborate with the finance team on long-term financial planning, capital investments, and other key business initiatives
Serve as a business partner to key internal stakeholders and non-accounting business teams

Requirements:

CPA license
5+ years’ Corporate Accounting experience with Public/Big 4 Audit foundation and private industry experience within Financial Services
Knowledge of NetSuite and Concur accounting software advantageous
PowerBI, Alteryx, or other business intelligence tools a plus
Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting
