Job Description:

Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional with extensive experience in managing global finance operations? Do you excel in process optimization, intercompany transactions, and working with multi-location entities? If so, we are hiring a Corporate Accounting Manager to oversee intercompany activities, financial reconciliations, and compliance for a diverse multinational organization. This role is ideal for professionals with strong career progression in accounting, including experience with Big Four public accounting and managing operations for national and international entities.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee Intercompany Operations: Manage financial transactions between holding entities, ensuring invoices, settlements, and reconciliations are accurate and compliant
Month-End Close Leadership: Direct month-end close activities to ensure consolidated reporting aligns with organizational timelines and standards
Global Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and accounting principles such as U.S. GAAP
Process Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to optimize financial processes, address discrepancies, and enhance reporting accuracy across multiple entities
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with tax, legal, audit, and treasury teams to navigate operational challenges and maintain compliance protocols
Maintain Audit Preparation: Facilitate audits, including documentation uploads and reporting for quarterly and annual reviews
Reconciliation Management: Execute meticulous reconciliations for both intercompany and intracompany accounts, ensuring financial integrity at all levels
Tax Compliance Coordination: Work with international accounting teams to ensure adherence to tax regulations and appropriate invoice formatting

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
CPA Preferred
7+ years of accounting experience, with demonstrated success in intercompany and multi-location operations
Strong understanding of accounting systems
familiarity with SAP, OneStream, or equivalent platforms is a plus
Expertise in technical accounting principles and standards, including in-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP
Big Four public accounting experience preferred, showcasing exceptional progression within your career
Proven ability to optimize processes in shared service environments and manage international financial operations
Excellent analytical and detail-oriented problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to drive collaboration across diverse functional and geographic teams
Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments, demonstrating adaptability while delivering results
