The Corporate Accountant is responsible for delivering high-level financial analysis and maintaining robust internal controls within a dynamic semiconductor environment. This role focuses on optimizing operational cost efficiency, managing group-wide cash flows, and ensuring seamless financial coordination across international business units.
Job Responsibility:
Perform thorough financial analysis and evaluate operations data for daily business unit activities to drive and optimize cost efficiency
Review and analyze budgets, cash flows, and the overall financial/operating performance of various Business Units
Assist in the analysis of financial results across the Group’s investment portfolio and diverse operating entities
Review, strengthen, and implement finance operating processes, internal control procedures, and policy frameworks
Review internal audit reports and findings to drive SOP enhancements and continuous improvement across Business Units
Handle group-level tax planning and manage all tax-related matters for assigned Business Units
Coordinate and liaise with internal cross-functional teams, including overseas subsidiaries, and external professionals such as auditors, tax advisors, bankers, lawyers, and company secretaries
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
Proven experience within a Public Listed Company (PLC) or a Big Four audit firm
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analytical techniques
Compulsory experience in Group Consolidation
Sound knowledge of P&L management, tax, banking, and cash flow management
