Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare, reconcile, and file sales tax returns to ensure compliance with state and local regulations
  • Oversee and maintain the company's corporate licensing requirements, ensuring all filings and renewals are completed accurately and timely
  • Perform fixed asset reconciliations, maintain accurate records of acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation schedules, and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Assist with general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes to ensure accurate financial reporting

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales tax, corporate licensure, fixed asset management, and general ledger accounting
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams across various departments
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
