Job Description:

Join our team in Marion, Iowa and make an impact by driving key financial processes within a dynamic organization!

Job Responsibility:

Prepare, reconcile, and file sales tax returns to ensure compliance with state and local regulations
Oversee and maintain the company's corporate licensing requirements, ensuring all filings and renewals are completed accurately and timely
Perform fixed asset reconciliations, maintain accurate records of acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation schedules, and ensure compliance with company policies
Assist with general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes to ensure accurate financial reporting

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales tax, corporate licensure, fixed asset management, and general ledger accounting
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams across various departments
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
