Job Description:

Reporting directly to the Director of Client Accounting, you will be a key contributor to corporate accounting and financial reporting. Your work will support monthly closes, reconciliations, audits, and various accounting operations. Job Responsibility:

Manage day-to-day corporate accounting tasks: accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, cash receipts
Process payments, prepare wires, and monitor expenditures for accuracy and budget compliance
Calculate revenue per contract terms and process invoices using accounting software
Maintain vendor records and assist with annual 1099 filings
Prepare quarterly tax workpapers for international filings
Support monthly/quarterly close and prepare balance sheet reconciliations
Collaborate on reporting procedures and budget-to-actual reporting in local and reporting currencies
Assist with audit preparation and coordination with external auditors
Support corporate tax return preparation and tax-related projects
Work cross-functionally to ensure accurate invoice processing and budget tracking
Provide guidance on expense coding, reporting, and budgeting queries

Requirements:

BS Degree in Accounting required
2+ years of relevant accounting experience
real estate or corporate accounting preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with accounting software such as MRI or Timberline
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Demonstrated professionalism and confidentiality handling sensitive information
