Corporate Account Handler position with a well-established Leicester based Insurance Broker. The role involves managing a portfolio of corporate insurance clients, providing expert advice, and ensuring high levels of customer service in a growing business with a strong market reputation.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and service a portfolio of corporate insurance clients
Collaborate with underwriters, insurers, and brokers to negotiate coverage options
Provide expert advice on commercial insurance products and risk management solutions
Prepare and process renewals, endorsements, and adjustments
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly
Assist in development of new business opportunities through referrals and cross-selling
Requirements:
3 or 4 years experience in handling a wide variety of commercial insurance products
Excellent knowledge of the UK general Insurance market
Industry recognised qualifications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
Previous Acturis experience would be beneficial
Cert CII or DIP CII qualified would be advantageous
