As a key member of our B2B Sales team, you will specialize in the Mid-to-Upper Market segment, spearheading the sales of our Corporate SaaS solutions for the Spanish market. Job Responsibility:
Target & Expand: Proactively identify and target SMB & Upper Market level businesses in Spain to create profitable new business opportunities
Lead Generation: Generate new corporate opportunities through cold calling, research, networking, and emails
Expert Sales & Negotiation: Actively sell, negotiate, and quote B2B solutions, providing targeted presentations to multiple decision-makers and key stakeholders
Strategic Pipeline Management: Balance and organize your daily activity appropriately between prospecting and closing, meeting all KPIs through an effective sales approach
CRM Excellence: Maintain high data quality in our CRM system, taking commercial responsibility for the quality of every deal
Requirements:
Relevant sales experience in B2B Inside Sales or SaaS solutions
A proven history of sourcing new business and a determination to exceed goals
Fluent in Spanish and English (Catalan is a plus)
Efficient communicator with active listening skills
Resilient, self-motivated, and growth-oriented
Comfortable working independently but prioritize being a team player
Drive to strive for excellence while staying open to feedback and coaching
