We are now strengthening our Corporate Access team in Oslo and seeking a motivated, structured individual who thrives in a fast‑paced, client-oriented environment. The Corporate Access team operates internationally, with team members located in Oslo, Stockholm, and London. You will work closely with our Research, Sales and Investment Banking teams to create high-quality investor interactions that add value to both corporates and investors.

Job Responsibility:

  • Organise and coordinate both in person and virtual investor meetings, roadshows, and capital markets events
  • Participate in organizing Pareto’s international conferences and thematic events
  • Managing complex schedules, logistics, and communication flows across markets and time zones.
  • Act as a key contact point for corporates, senior executives, investor relations teams, and institutional investors.
  • Ensuring seamless execution and professional client experience
  • Contributing to continuous improvement in processes and investor engagement

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience (Corporate Access, IR, communications, events, or similar)
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Comfortable interacting with senior executives and high-profile clients
  • High level of professionalism and service orientation
  • Strong ability to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines
