Job Description:

This role supports the coordination and delivery of high-impact meetings and events between institutional investors and corporate management teams. Focuses on clients' overall financial needs with consideration for their total relationship with Wells Fargo.

Job Responsibility:

  • Participate in buying and selling securities on behalf of clients
  • Determine appropriate course of action by researching product information
  • Process complex or corrective transactions
  • Review basic or tactical issues, policies or procedures
  • Coordinate and execute non-deal roadshows, investor field trips, and other Corporate Access Events
  • Heavy logistical coordination including hotels, ground transportation, booking venues
  • Monitor NDR and various event schedules
  • Track attendance and gather investor feedback post-events
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Institutional Sales & Trading, Research, Banking, Meeting & Events
  • Effective management of budgets and expense reconciliation
  • Provide back up to team on various events and inbound requests

Requirements:

  • 6+ months of Securities Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Attention to detail with a focus on seamless execution
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple events and meet strict deadlines
  • Effective communication skills
  • Accessible and responsive always
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently
  • Preferred working knowledge of Microsoft Office, BTS/Dealogic, Ipreo, CorpAxe, & CRM
  • Must take and pass Series 7 and Series 63 exams
  • Subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements

Nice to have:

  • Corporate Access role experience at another sell side firm for at least 2+ years
  • Working knowledge of BTS/Dealogic, Ipreo, CorpAxe, & CRM
