Corporate 3+ PQE

The role sits within a well-regarded corporate practice advising on UK and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, joint ventures and general corporate matters across sectors including healthcare, retail, media, sport and technology. You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers on a broad mix of transactions, with genuine responsibility, strong client exposure and involvement in cross-border matters.
