Work experience in Automotive Industries following IATF 16949, safety standards
Knowledge in PLC Programming, troubleshooting & program modification for improvements
Experience in understanding electrical circuit diagram & trouble shooting for problem solving
Experience in implementation of Poka-yoke interlocks for assembly lines and traceability system
Experience in Cycle time study of manufacturing lines & implementing Single piece flow concept
Experience in development of Fixtures / Tooling / Gauges required for new projects
Experience in Working closely with Cross Functional Team (Application / Engineering, Procurement, Project management, Manufacturing, Maintenance and Quality) during all phases of product development
Familiar in utilizing the core tools including MSA, SPC, FMEA, APQP, PPAP and Control plan
Troubleshoots manufacturing problems and implementing sustainable corrective actions
Problem solving through 8D principles, Lean manufacturing tools and techniques
