Job Description:

As a Core Supervisor at Four Seasons Red Sea, you will lead the Core Team in ensuring seamless communication between guests and hotel departments. You will oversee daily operations within the Core (Communication Center), ensuring all guest requests, calls, and internal communications are handled with accuracy, efficiency, and warmth. Through your leadership, you will guide and motivate the team to deliver genuine and anticipatory service — upholding the Four Seasons standards of excellence and care. Your role will also involve supporting team training, monitoring service performance, and ensuring that each interaction reflects the brand’s promise of creating memorable experiences for every guest.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the Core Team in ensuring seamless communication between guests and hotel departments
  • Oversee daily operations within the Core (Communication Center), ensuring all guest requests, calls, and internal communications are handled with accuracy, efficiency, and warmth
  • Guide and motivate the team to deliver genuine and anticipatory service

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in written, spoken, and reading English and Arabic
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar or supervisory role within a hotel or customer service environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with hotel systems and call management software preferred
  • Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Locals only, as per Saudi Labour Law
