Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially focused Core Manager to lead the Reservations function at Four Seasons Hotel Madinah. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all reservation activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with the hotel’s revenue strategy. This role plays a key part in maximizing room revenue while delivering a seamless and professional booking experience for all guests.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage all Reservations operations, ensuring accurate and timely handling of individual, group, and corporate bookings
  • Supervise, train, and develop the Reservations team to ensure consistent service standards and operational excellence
  • Monitor room inventory, availability, and booking pace to support optimal occupancy and revenue performance
  • Ensure correct application of rates, packages, promotions, and reservation policies across all distribution channels
  • Collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Front Office, Sales, and Finance teams to align strategies and forecasts
  • Oversee reservation systems and ensure data accuracy, including guest profiles, preferences, and booking details
  • Handle complex or high-value reservations and ensure VIP and special requests are properly communicated and fulfilled
  • Prepare and analyze reservation reports, pickup trends, and forecasts for management review
  • Ensure compliance with Four Seasons standards, brand policies, and internal controls
  • Support pre-opening activities, system implementations, and process improvements as required

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience as a Reservations Manager or in a senior reservations role within a luxury hotel or upscale hospitality environment
  • Strong understanding of reservation systems, distribution channels, and revenue principles
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
