The Core People Services Specialist is responsible for supporting employees, managers, and HR teams by managing employee data and HR processes within Workday and related systems. The role focuses on delivering accurate workforce administration services, resolving HR-related inquiries, ensuring data integrity, and providing excellent customer support.
Job Responsibility
Manage offer and onboarding processes, employee data changes, and HR service requests
Support employees and managers by responding to HR inquiries and resolving cases
Maintain accuracy and integrity of employee records and HR data
Process changes related to personal information, job details, work schedules, and locations
Manage employee records and documentation in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Investigate and resolve issues involving multiple stakeholders and systems
Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Support testing and implementation of HR technology enhancements
Assist with ad hoc HR projects and operational activities
Requirements
Experience using HR systems, particularly Workday
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Power BI, and Microsoft Office
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Ability to manage employee data with confidentiality and compliance
Strong customer service and problem-solving capabilities
Process improvement and solution-oriented mindset
Strong relationship management and communication skills
Understanding of business needs and customer-focused HR service delivery
Good organizational and time-management skills

Bachelor's degree preferred (HR background is an advantage)
