Job Description:

Hands-on Full Stack Java Lead Developer responsible for end-to-end software development of microservices-based APIs, working in a globally distributed team. The role requires expertise in Java technologies such as Springboot, Hibernate, and Angular, as well as proficiency in container-based deployment stacks and API development tools.

Job Responsibility:

hands-on design and development of microservices-based APIs
setting up continuous integration and deployment pipelines
ensuring high code quality and meeting established timelines
mentoring and coaching junior members
analyzing applications to identify vulnerabilities and security issues
consulting with users and recommending programming solutions
advising or coaching junior/senior team members
acting as a subject matter expert to stakeholders.

Requirements:

9 to 12 years of total experience in technology application development
hands-on experience in Core Java, Hibernate, Struts, Spring, Springboot, Angular and related Java technologies
experience in microservices application design and leading teams of 6 to 8 engineers
hands-on experience in setting up CICD pipelines and GIT workflow
proficiency in container-based deployment technologies such as Docker, OpenShift, and Kubernetes
experience with RESTful API development
familiarity with tools like Swagger or RAML for API specifications
experience in distributed systems architecture and event gateways
understanding of various design patterns
experience with version control systems such as GIT and tools like Jira, TeamCity, and uDeploy
experience working in Scrum teams and Scrum ceremonies
understanding of scalable and highly available systems.
