Answers and directs phone calls, pages, radio requests and faxes in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies. This role is part of CORE and Reservation department, reporting into Assistant CORE Manager.
Job Responsibility:
To colorfully describe the guestrooms and upsell whenever possible to maximize occupancy and revenue
To process all reservation requests accurately and fully understand market segmentation
Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
resolves customer complaints
assists customers in all inquiries in connection with high-speed Internet service, telephone and facsimile services, hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
Requirements:
Requires knowledge or the ability to operate computer equipment including word processing and spreadsheet software
Has strong interpersonal skills, is able to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the operation
Requires basic computer skills for online training
Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English and Chinese language
Has the ability to anticipate and prioritize the needs of the guest proactively
Is energetic and has a professional approach to his/her craft
