Job Description:

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Core Group Manager for their cloud-native cybersecurity datapath platform. The position involves strategic leadership, team development, project management, and collaboration in a dynamic environment to innovate and enhance HPE’s cloud security offerings.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide strategic and technical leadership for a team of managers and senior technologists developing the core datapath components of our cloud-native cybersecurity platform
  • Own the delivery and lifecycle of multiple complex projects — from architecture to deployment — ensuring high performance, scalability, and security
  • Define project scopes, goals, schedules, and resource plans
  • manage execution, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with business priorities
  • Drive technical problem solving, system reliability, and product quality improvements across the organization
  • Collaborate closely with peer organizations to align goals and ensure end-to-end system success
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, cloud advancements, and cybersecurity technologies
  • promote a culture of technical innovation and operational excellence
  • Mentor, coach, and develop team members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 10+ years of relevant industry experience, including 5+ years leading technical teams and managers in large-scale, complex environments
  • Native in Hebrew and fluent in English
  • Deep technical expertise in cloud-native development, distributed systems, networking, and cybersecurity
  • Strong knowledge of advanced cloud development methodologies, architectures, and best practices
  • Proven experience applying Agile principles and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) to drive iterative development and continuous delivery
  • Proven experience in building and operating complex, high-scale, high-performance cloud products
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
  • Advanced project management skills including resource prioritization, risk management, and project structuring
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Outstanding communication skills.
