Job Description:

You’ll play a key leadership role in supporting, optimizing, and evolving the credit union’s Fiserv DNA core banking platform. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with people leadership, operational rigor, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the core banking environment is reliable, scalable, and aligned with business goals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee daily administration, maintenance, and enhancement of the Fiserv DNA core banking system
  • Lead a team responsible for core system support, integrations, upgrades, and vendor coordination
  • Partner with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives)
  • Use Azure DevOps to manage work intake, releases, and delivery tracking
  • Implement and manage automation workflows (OpCon SMA or similar) to streamline core operations
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and SLAs
  • proactively resolve issues
  • Leverage data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to identify trends and improve operational efficiency
  • Track and report KPIs, system health metrics, and project milestones to leadership

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting core banking systems, including 2+ years hands-on with Fiserv DNA
  • Proven experience managing system integrations and troubleshooting complex issues
  • Leadership experience within a technical or platform team
  • Working knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum or Kanban)
  • Experience using Azure DevOps for task, release, and project management
  • Hands-on experience with OpCon SMA or similar automation/orchestration tools
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, regulated environment
  • Authorization to work in the US is a precondition of employment

Nice to have:

  • Agile certification is a plus
