Core Area Kitchens Sales Co-Worker

• Proactively engage customers and identify their requirements
• Build furniture as needed for In Shape As New, new product introductions, and remodels
• Keep area clean, tidy, priced and fully stocked
• Expand knowledge of IKEA product features and benefits
• Understand and contribute to department action plans
• Implement and maintain Add-Ons throughout the store
• Guide customers toward high-priority and best-selling products
• Analyze and adjust sales space capacities
• Support implementation of commercial activities
• Develop specialized knowledge to sell and plan basic modular furniture solutions

• High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent
• 1 year's relevant work experience
• Experience in retail, preferably in the home furnishing sector
• Experience in actively selling through understanding customers and their needs
• Must be 18 years old
• Authorized to work in US
• Must have open availability 8am-11pm, especially weekends
