Job Responsibility

Answers phone inquiries in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest names and routing calls to proper extensions
Handles all guest interactions and reservations with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible

Requirements

Minimum of one to two years' experience in a hotel or guest-focused service environment
Previous experience with Opera PMS is preferred
Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in spoken and written English
