Excellent communication skills required to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence, and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Accountable for significant direct business results or authoritative advice regarding the operations of the business. Necessitates a degree of responsibility over technical and migration strategy. Strong expertise as a Product leader responsible for managing broad constructs in a complex, global ecosystem inclusive of strategic planning, product performance management, and client experience optimization is essential. Deep working knowledge of risk management practices and control framework inherent to managing global products is also required.
