Job Description:

We are seeking a Creative Technologist with a strong background in copywriting and visual content who can blend creativity with modern tools and platforms to scale and optimize marketing content.

Job Responsibility:

  • Translate existing creative outputs into structured generation playbooks
  • Define prompt recipes, variant strategies, and brand voice rules
  • Establish quality benchmarks, pass/fail criteria, and regeneration logic
  • Partner with platform and tooling teams to harden workflows
  • Continuously improve output quality through feedback loops and measurement
  • Create enablement materials that make systems usable without prompt expertise

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in creative production, creative technology, or content systems
  • Hands-on experience with AI‑assisted copy and imagery workflows
  • Strong understanding of structured prompts, constraints, and templates
  • Experience working within defined brand and compliance guardrails
  • Ability to document systems clearly and rigorously
  • Must possess a legal work permit in Poland

Nice to have:

  • Experience with template‑driven, at‑scale content production
  • Familiarity with automation, metadata discipline, and QA frameworks
