We are looking for a creative and versatile Copywriter to support internal content initiatives for a global workforce. This long-term contract position will focus on developing compelling stories for intranet channels, refreshing established editorial features, and shaping new content concepts that strengthen employee engagement. The ideal candidate brings strong editorial judgment, excellent writing skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with communications, marketing, and cross-functional partners in a fast-moving environment.
Job Responsibility
Develop original written content for internal intranet channels that informs, engages, and resonates with a large global employee audience
Reimagine existing editorial series by updating formats, themes, and storytelling approaches to keep content fresh and relevant
Launch new recurring story concepts based on communication goals, audience needs, and evolving business priorities
Review, revise, and refine copy for internal platforms to ensure clarity, consistency, tone, and accuracy
Partner with internal communications, marketing, and related stakeholders to align messaging across campaigns and initiatives
Balance multiple assignments at once while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality
Create a range of materials such as feature stories, brand-aligned messaging, and presentation content for internal audiences
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or comparable relevant experience
At least 4 years of copywriting experience, ideally within a publication, large organization, or global corporate environment
Proven ability to produce high-impact written materials across stories, branding content, and presentations
Experience collaborating closely with marketing, public relations, or internal communications teams
Demonstrated success working with cross-functional partners while managing shifting priorities and competing deadlines
Strong creativity with the ability to write in multiple formats, voices, and storytelling styles
Excellent communication, editing, and review skills, with strong command of the English language
Customer-focused mindset and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
