Job Description

In this role, you will be the engine of our day-to-day creative output. While our senior copywriters focus on high-level conceptual brand campaigns, you will own the high-volume execution of CRM and paid media assets. This is a fast-paced role perfect for a writer who loves the 'puzzle' of short-form copy and thrives on delivering high-quality work at scale

Job Responsibility

  • Write clear, concise, compelling, and persuasive copy
  • Focusing primarily on short-form content
  • Be an advocate for authentic customer messaging that is also coherent, e.g. good grammar, spellings and consistent with the AP Style Guide
  • Work cross-functionally with a variety of teams to gather necessary product information
  • Partner with the marketing and products teams to produce marketing materials
  • Consistently brainstorming and collaborating with the creative team to foster new ideas and customer-centric strategies
  • Meet project deadlines and balance multiple projects at once

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of copywriting experience, ideally with an agency background where you've mastered the art of juggling multiple clients and deadlines
  • A portfolio that showcases punchy, effective short-form work (emails, social ads, banners) and an ability to adapt to a specific brand voice
  • You can write for a youthful audience without sounding like you're 'trying too hard.' The voice is relevant and modern, yet remains accessible to a broad demographic and avoids 'salesy' clichés
  • Workfront: Experience with this (or similar project management tools) is essential
  • Figma: Familiarity with Figma (specifically for CRM workflows) is a big plus
