Job Responsibility:
Conceptualize and execute on visual concepts, serving as a highly practiced Copywriter with a passion for ideas, strong headlines, and precise word placement
Apply user-centered principles to produce high-quality projects across multiple mediums, including print, audiovisual, experiential, CRM, and digital
Translate creative briefs and insights into beautiful communication pieces and campaigns
Manage a wide range of projects with both short and long timelines effectively
Build strong relationships, comfortably incorporating ideas and inspiration from multiple sources, and collaborate with print-production and motion production teams
Create within brand guidelines while still innovating and keeping the brand identity fresh
Seek new sources of inspiration and new ideas, committed to continuous learning while maintaining brand consistency
Present your work persuasively, engagingly, and clearly to all project stakeholders
Actively pursue effective and efficient operations, ensuring adherence to day-to-day business controls
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in copywriting or a related creative field
Post-secondary education in Communications, Advertising, or a related field
A demonstrable portfolio that showcases conceptual power, attention to detail, and a balance of creativity with clear communication skills
Ability to innovate within existing brand guidelines to build branded and creative assets for presentations, audiovisual, print, and digital materials
High level of proficiency in Word, Keynote, and PowerPoint
A positive, resilient personality with the ability to embrace feedback and a desire for continuous iteration and improvement
Comfortable working in a self-guided manner with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently without direct oversight
Ability to balance excellent copywriting with short and sometimes demanding deadlines
Nice to have:
Experience writing for the financial services industry is preferred
