Job Description:

We are looking for a Copywriter with a sharp eye for short-form storytelling and a passion for creating compelling, consumer-facing content. This is a full-time, 3-month contract role based in Austin, TX, with a hybrid schedule requiring four days per week onsite. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and brings a portfolio that showcases attention-grabbing copy across digital and brand platforms.

Job Responsibility:

Write engaging, on-brand copy for a variety of digital and brand assets
Craft short-form, high-impact headlines and messaging that resonate with consumers
Collaborate closely with design and creative teams to develop cohesive, visually aligned campaigns
Contribute to creative ideation and execution across email, social, web, and print
Bring a fresh, consumer-first perspective to every project—especially in outdoor or CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) contexts

Requirements:

A portfolio that demonstrates short-form, attention-grabbing copy
Proven experience writing for digital assets and brand campaigns
Agency experience is highly preferred

Nice to have:

Background in outdoor lifestyle or CPG brands
Ability to adapt tone and messaging across multiple platforms and audiences
Strong understanding of brand voice and storytelling
