Job Description

As a Copywriter & Conceptor (all genders) in the Language Services Team, you will take ownership of creating and shaping clear and impactful English base copy that serves as a strong foundation for localisation across all markets. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, you will develop and maintain comprehensive messaging guidelines that ensure consistency while meeting diverse local needs. Your role includes guarding the company’s Tone of Voice, ensuring it is locally relevant while staying true to the overarching global vision. With a strong fashion background, exceptional English writing and editing skills, and expertise in producing adaptable, stakeholder-focused copy, you will create source texts that balance clarity, brand identity and localisation requirements to resonate globally across a variety of platforms and formats.

Job Responsibility

  • Create clear, impactful English base copy that serves as a strong foundation for localisation
  • Edit and refine longer-format English base copy to deliver high-quality editorial content
  • Develop editorial angles, articles and scripts that inspire our audiences and connect fashion, culture and storytelling
  • Develop and maintain guidelines to balance global consistency with local adaptability
  • Provide expert guidance and quality control for Tone of Voice and messaging
  • Design English guidelines and AI prompts to support teams and tools in generating aligned, high-quality messaging for localisation workflows

Requirements

  • Degree in Design, Fashion, Arts, Communication or another relevant field
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience as an English copywriter and ideator with an inspiring portfolio in fashion and/or e-commerce and editorial content
  • In-depth knowledge of trends in creative writing, campaigns, concepts
  • Working experience in European markets and consumer knowledge
  • Experience in working with localised copy and understanding the importance of localisation requirements
  • Open to others’ ideas, able to provide professional feedback and serve as a role-model for colleagues
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced, growth-oriented culture
